Third
I came across this story on a website today. Novel idea. It really made me think about my relationships with others in life. Mooching happens all the time. There is nothing that I dislike more than others taking advantage of something that isn't theirs. Being kin is not a good excuse either. It is important to adopt an "it all comes around" approach with people that are close to me and and I deem trustworthy. There are an equal amount of people in my life that I would loan money to and people I would laugh at if they asked me for the same amount. Recognizing these people is an important task in life.

I am glad you pointed this out. It is important to think of others, and think of how you want others to treat you
ReplyDeleteI don't like Takers, that is what I call people who are moochers. THose are also selfish people which I dislike that too.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have seen this kind in action. I work with a girl who does nothing by mooch. Her childhood friends that she didn't stay in touch with for years until she found out they were all married with beautiful homes on the East coast and on the Florida coast. She vacations with them twice per year just so he will have somewhere to go, someone to hang out with/shop, and a free nice place to stay. I really think that is the only reason she stays in touch with them. I have very few really close friends and I would do almost anything for them. I would never loan them money, but I would give them a place to stay, clothes, and food if they needed it.
ReplyDeletemoochers are the worst!!!! I find them overbearing...I am tolerant of most people but man i just cannot handle a mooch
